For visa applications please proceed to the windows 3 and 4, entrance Consular and Legal Department

Office hours (for visa applications an appointment must be booked beforehand online)

Monday to Thursday:
8.15 to 11.30 a.m.:
3.00 to 3.30 p.m.: only pick-up of visa and passports

Friday:
8.15 to 10.30 a.m.: only applications

12.30 to 1.00 p.m.: only pick-up of visa and passport
